2.1 Ticket Availability
Tickets for Fenchanted events are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets per person or per household to ensure fair access.

2.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change ticket prices at any time without prior notice.

2.3 Payment

2.4 Refunds and Exchanges
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order confirmation for non-dated goods. However, tickets for dated events are exempt from this right to cancel. All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, we will provide instructions on how to obtain a refund or exchange.

3. Event Participation

3.1 Event Admission
Entry to Fenchanted events requires a valid ticket. Please present your ticket at the entrance for scanning. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person who fails to comply with these Terms or the event’s rules.

3.2 Conduct
Attendees must follow all rules and guidelines provided by Fenchanted staff. We reserve the right to remove any individual from the event who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without a refund.

3.3 Safety and Security
For your safety, we may conduct bag checks and security screenings at our events. By attending, you consent to such checks. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, weapons, illegal substances, and outside food or drinks.

4. On-Site Attractions and Token System

4.1 Liability for Attractions
Participation in on-site attractions at Fenchanted is at your own risk. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of our attractions, you acknowledge that certain activities may carry inherent risks. By participating, you agree that Fenchanted shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur as a result of your participation, except where caused by our negligence.

4.2 Purchase and Use of Tokens
To participate in certain attractions, you will need to purchase tokens on-site. Tokens are exchanged for money at a 1:1 ratio (i.e., £1 = 1 token). Tokens can be used for a variety of attractions throughout the event.

4.3 Non-Refundable Tokens
Please note that all token sales are final. Tokens are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit. Unused tokens will not be refunded, so please ensure you only purchase the number of tokens you intend to use.
